We are not a licensed payment gateway, and we do not hold, store, or process customer funds.
To use our services, you must:

Provide a valid PAN card, mobile number, and UPI ID
Use the platform for legitimate business or service purposes only
We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration request at our sole discretion.
By using our platform, you agree to:
Use accurate and up-to-date personal information
Not misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
Accept full responsibility for all payments collected through your UPI ID
You are solely responsible for the delivery of goods/services linked to your payment requests.
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.
We do not store any sensitive bank details or UPI PINs.
You may not use our service for:
Money laundering, gambling, or any illegal activity
Scams, phishing, or impersonation
Selling prohibited goods/services (drugs, weapons, etc.)
Violating these terms may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
We are not responsible for:
Delays or failures in payment caused by third-party UPI apps or banks
Disputes between merchants and customers
Losses due to misuse of your UPI ID or account credentials
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. Please review this page regularly.
Currently, we may charge a small service fee or offer free use depending on the plan. Any charges will be clearly communicated before use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse the service in any way.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in the courts of City/State.
